Our sub-genre for our horror film is 'psychological horror' and therefore it was important that we based our production company name around this sub-genre. We did lots of research before we decided what the name of our production company was going to be. We did this research using: http://www.thesaurus.com/

After we had done all of the research, we decided that the name of our production company was going to be 'BEELZEBUB'.

Beelzebub is a contemporary name for the devil, which means Lord Ba'al (Ba'al is a common Semitic word meaning owner, lord, master) or Master of the Heavenly House. We chose Beelzebub because it relates to the devil and 'dark' themes which are what the majority of the films that are going to be released by the film company are.
