Filming Schedule

Beth and I decided to create a filming schedule to ensure that we get all of our filming and editing done on time before the coursework deadline. This schedule will also help us to ensure that we don’t miss any shots out of our horror trailer. We only have two locations within our horror trailer, which is good for us because everything that needs to be filmed in that one location can be done rather than having to move between different locations to film our trailer.

12^th December 2014: We will start filming in school as a lot of our horror trailer is set in school. We will start to film the establishing shots of the school and the shots of the school cloisters and stairs.

13^th December 2014: We will start to film the opening shots of the trailer, which is Lucy being introduced to the class and Beth volunteering to help her and becoming her friend.

15^th December 2014 / 16^th December 2014: We will film Beth preparing the assembly and Lucy walking in on the video being played. This will take place over two days in school as there are lots of shots in this part of the trailer.

6^th January 2015: Continue to film the shots that take place within school. 

9^th January 2015: Continue to film the shots that take place within school.

10^th/11^th January 2015: We will film the shots in the woods where Lucy gets lost and sees Melinda for the first time. 

The images for my magazine and main film poster will be taken in the woods and will be of Melinda in the woods. Once we have finished filming, we can begin to edit our trailer together.
